The anime profile pictures really ice the train wreck cake.

I like how the first girl is mad at white gay men. She does realize skin color doesn’t make gay men any less gay, right?

Plainly, she doesn't.

I want few things as much as to be a fly on the wall when she tries to pull this with a black or Hispanic gay man.

People are trying to paint homosexuality as a "white" phenomenon. True societal acceptance of homosexuality will always be fleeting.

Maybe you're right, but I'd like to know why you think this.

Its so weird how 99 percent of self identified women have vaginas

This isn't directed at you, OP, because it looks like you're just passing along an image that's been in circulation for a little while now, but I really wish people would archive instead of screenshot these things so that we can verify for ourselves whether these are real tweets. That HIV comment is unreal.

I don't know how to find archives of this stuff

If you have the original tweet you can archive it yourself; that process would also show you if anyone else has already archived it, which btw is a nice trick for getting around paywalled articles. But yeah with something like this where all the names are blocked out it's impossible.

How I usually do it is like this:

  1. type out the text in the image into Google search

  2. find the direct link-- the link to the Twitter thread, for example

  3. open up archive.is

  4. paste your direct link into the red box to archive it. (Or to search and see if someone else has archived it already, paste the direct link into the dark blue box (is that blue or am I blind?))

Voila.

Good tip. I think I've tried this before and it didn't work for me so I dismissed it, but it's worth a shot. Just checked DDG and nothing was returned for the tweets in this post.

Yeah, it's a little harder for Twitter but I've had good luck doing that with Reddit posts. Knowing username definitely helps but often it's blocked out, especially for screenshots shared from Reddit where there are rules implemented to discourage doxxing and whatnot.

"You don't like me because I'm a woman and you're a gay man? Fine! You deserve conversion therapy!"

It's 2022 (happy New Year!). The fact that people still say stuff like this and don't suffer any negative consequences for it or societal condemnation is a sign of regress, not progress. Contrary to the mainstream liberal narrative that "things are so great for gay people now!"
