Your graph does not prove your claim. First off GDP is gossely manipulated for political reasons. This graph of home prices demonstrates two of the ways in which that happens. One is the inflation which drives a large portion of home price increases. As you can see inflation over this time period is absurd. Home prices have gone up 6 fold in the same period.

The second factor is that the basket of goods used to calculate GDP includes things like home sales. No new product was produced when a home is sold. Yet the massively more expensive home prices ars jacking up GDP even if fewer homes are sold.

Another obvious argument is that kiddie porn is evidence of child sexual exploitation if it was produced by the person in possesion. It can be the first piece of evidence that leads to a child rapist. It can be argued that even in cases where the content was not produced by the holder, it proves they are a pedo and therfore likely to be abusing children. Therefore it should be itself illegal to be caught with it in order to give justification to investigate anyone who is caught with it.

Also, it is clear that AI generated will soon be indistinguishable from the real thing and making it legal will make it impossible to prosecute any kiddie porn case because everyone will demand that you prove it is real and you can't.
